Returns
At Piper Collection we take care to thoroughly inspect all items for quality assurance before they are packed for shipment. As such all items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage. To be eligible for a return/exchange due to defect or damage, you must report the item damaged within 5 business days of receipt. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as which it was received and in original packaging. All items for refund/exchange are subject to inspection by Piper Collection and we maintain the right to refuse a return/exchange as circumstances warrant.
Please note that fabric colors may vary based on the device/screen you are viewing it on. If you are unsure, we recommend purchasing a swatch to view the fabric in the setting in which it will be used before placing your order. Please note that colors may vary slightly between dye lots.
The following items are not eligible for return/refund under any circumstances:
- Swatches
- Ottomans
- All sale items are FINAL
To request a return/exchange due to defect or damage, please send an email to info@piper-collection.com and include the following information:
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Date Order Received
- Reason for Return
- Attachment: Image of Defect
After you’ve sent an email requesting a return/exchange and received approval, you should mail your product to: Piper Collection, Attn: Returns, 8301 Arrowridge Boulevard, Suite E, Charlotte, NC 28273. Items should be packed for shipment in the original packaging they were received in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not you have received approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. Please note that processing times by your credit card company are out of our control and may take up to 4+ business days. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@piper-collection.com

We source our fabrics globally from designer textile manufacturers and all of our products are sewn with care in the USA.
All inserts are made from quality 95% feather, 5% down. Please refer to individual product listing for specific content details.
Pillow sizes offered are specific to the pattern. Sizes offered range as follows:
- 22x22"
- 22x22x2"
- 26x26"
- 26x26x2"
- 14x20"
- 16x24"
- 14x32"

To guarantee consistent quality and to ensure our pillows look and feel great in your home, all of our pillows are sold with a down/feather insert.
Yes! We encourage you to order samples to ensure the pillows will look great in your space. Simply select the the product you are interested in and under size option, select 'SWATCH'.

We do not accept COM orders.

Shipping
At Piper, we pride ourselves on our fast shipping times. Generally, we process all orders within 1-2 business days and shipping times will vary by destination.
For retail customers, all orders over $250 ship FREE! Some exclusions apply.
We ship to to the continental US via FedEx Home and Ground delivery. All orders to AK and HI incur a minimum flat rate shipping charge of $100.
